This disease is terrible and I regret that you and your family there. If the baby is here to give you the best life possible. If the baby is still a fetus can be released. No one can make the decision who are suffering you and your spouse and children with this terrible disease, take blind, deaf, unable to swallow, eat, and severe pain. It is an ethical decision, because it is only a child suffers.
