Mens Health Products How Does Soy Affect Mens' Health?

How does soy affect mens' health? - mens health products

Hello I am 15 years and recently told me that the consumption of soy increases estrogen production in the body. I used a lot of soy burgers, which are mainly crushed eating soy protein in a hamburger, as a form. So I have some questions I really want someone to answer.

1: eating soy products (eg soybean cake), the increase of estrogen in men?

2: What are the effects of extra estrogen in men?

3: Is it possible that it has completely stopped (my growth since I was 15, I think I have much more to the left)

4: Does this affect my ability to reproduce in any way?

5: Are there any damage is permanent?

No, no, soy products actually do. That's the myth and propaganda.

There is no known medical practitioner, which supports the fight against the absurdity of soybeans.

While soy products causes men to be sterile, why so many people born in China, Japan and Korea? You have eaten soy for hundreds or thousands of years.

Someone will say something stupid other than soy products do not cause infertility in Asia, because they are fermented. That is simply not true. People eat Asian and non-fermented soy beans fermented.

If the estrogen in soy makes men grow breasts and so on, why not, if people eat meat from animals of both sexes? The idea actually makes no sense.

Also, do not cause problems, if I really so terrible, why it was banned by the FDA or what? Or why not the labels that say "Warning: Can you boobs?

1. Yes
2. High estrogen can lead to the development of Brest slowed, the growth of facial hair, mood swings, inability to go and buy the urge to shoes. (Hehe)
3. No growth can come and go in spurts.
4. No
5. No, people naturally produce estrogen. (Maybe you increase notwithstanding) slightly the risk of breast cancer.

Do not worry, you can not eat enough soy to make a big difference. Most people can have some problems with excesses are caused by the estrogen levels by artificial additives.

1) Yes, soy isoflavones do not increase estrogen in men and women.
2) Side effects include May gynocomastia (male breasts), but it's unlikely.
3) No, not growing.
4) It should be no impact on its ability to reproduce.
5) It is doubtful whether there are any damages, such as estrogen production is minimal, but your hormone balance back each time to the use of soybeans.
PS It takes a lot to show little effect. To make sure it is not the only source of protein.

Given the level of hormones in a single McDonald's hamburger.
Tofu should be anyones least concern.

The chemicals and hormones is much in most foods today, rather, that the soft drinks and sweets that do more harm than tofu too.
