COPD help please? - copd in dogs

Has anyone not specilist doctor who knows how to treat COPD and how to take care to live with this condition as my GP not to determine whether the severity of this condition, it seems is.or.
I've always worse in the last 3 months and I suffer the side effects of different drugs must be respected, and gave me my body dosent like it.
Things I do not work because of this disease, and I find it difficult, even with the daily walk with the dog now just breath progresing are easy these days and I'm worried about managing the speed of things.
I live on the south coast in Dorset, United Kingdom.
